Support the Lake Forest Caucus

For over 70 years the Lake Forest Caucus has served to promote volunteerism and excellence in City government by identifying, interviewing, and supporting citizen volunteers for elected and/or appointed positions. The Caucus is an independent committee, is non-partisan, has no political agenda and receives no funding form the City of Lake Forest. Contributions from the public are the only source of income to support all of the work preformed by Caucus Committee volunteers.

The Caucus’s by-laws require term limits for all who serve the Caucus as well as those recommended for elected or appointed City positions. Term Limits ensure the Caucus Committee’s volunteer base will remain diverse and will be representative of our growing community.

Your financial contributions make it possible for the Caucus to:

Communicate with all residents through the Caucus Connection newsletter.
Publicize openings for City, School Board, and Caucus positions.
Encourage qualified residents to step forward to serve your community.
Support endorsed candidates for elected positions.
